The pickup point-type shipping rates assigned to your shipping zones need to be linked to the activated shipping provider. This is how the PickupBird by Digiloop app knows which shipping rate to assign to the customer when they select a pickup point.
For MPL: pickup point-type solutions — PostaPont, Postán Maradó, MediaMarkt, and similar pickup networks — are managed together under Pickup points. Use a single rate for this entire group; don't create a separate rate for each individual network.
Setting up the pickup point shipping rate
In the Shopify admin, open the PickupBird by Digiloop app and go to the Shipping zones and rates menu.
Select the Pickup points tab.
In the list that appears, you can set the appropriate shipping rate separately for each provider — on the left (for example GLS).
On the right-hand panel, find the zone you want to assign a rate to (for example Shipping zone: Romania).
Click the dropdown field and select the appropriate shipping rate.
Repeat this for every zone and provider you use.
If you can't find the shipping rate you're looking for in the list
The rates that appear here come from your Shopify shipping settings — you don't create them in PickupBird. Clicking the "+ Add new rate" button lets you simply add a new shipping rate in the Shopify admin.
