Inside the Pickupbird by Digiloop app, several error messages may appear that are not necessarily caused by an app or user error. Below is a list of the most common error messages and the steps needed to resolve them:
PARCEL_ALREADY_CREATEDThe shipping label has already been created for this order. Refreshing the page will resolve the issue and allow you to view the label.
PARCEL_NOT_AVAILABLEThe selected pickup point is unavailable for this order. This happens if the shipping provider placed the pickup point under maintenance or if it became full after the order was placed. In most cases, trying to generate the label again later resolves the issue. If that does not work, you can request new pickup point details from the customer via email or phone, and then update the order with the new information.

Not Found Exception: App\Models\OrderPaymentGateway/No matching payment gateway for COD.These are provider-dependent variations of the same error message. The most common cause is attempting to generate a label for a bank transfer order that has not yet been marked as paid. It is best practice to mark these orders as paid after receiving the payment from the customer; once updated, the label can be generated.
Invalid service parameter, Service 'PSD'All "PSD"-related label generation errors indicate that shipping providers require a valid local phone number (matching the destination country) and an email address associated with the order. Check the following:
Ensure both an email address and a phone number are provided for the order.
Verify that a valid mobile phone number for the destination country is provided (rather than a landline or a number from a different country).
Solution: Contact the customer to obtain the correct phone number.
INVALID_SENDER_DETAILSMost commonly appears with MPL, but can also occur with other providers.
Cause 1: The bank account number specified in your provider contract is missing from your provider settings. You can add this under the Sender Settings menu.
Cause 2: One of the required sender details (street, house number, name, email, phone number, etc.) is missing under Sender Settings. Update and save these details to resolve the error.
