When you create shipping labels in bulk (see "Forwarding orders to the shipping provider"), you can choose to download them as a ZIP file with a separate PDF per order, or as a single combined PDF containing all the labels.

This is controlled by the Print shipping labels in bulk in PDF toggle, which needs to be set per provider:

In the Shopify admin, open the PickupBird by Digiloop app and go to the Shipping Providers menu.

Click the card of the provider you want to change.

Open the General Settings tab in that provider's settings.

Find the Print shipping labels in bulk in PDF toggle:

- On — the bulk download creates a single combined PDF with the labels of all selected orders.
- Off — the bulk download creates a ZIP file in which each order's label is its own PDF.

5. Confirm the change.

In the Orders menu, select the shipping provider in the top-left corner and filter for the orders you need (typically the already labeled, fulfilled orders).

Click the checkbox next to the ID of each order you want to forward to your shipping provider.

Click the Print Shipping Labels in bulk button.

The file downloads in the format you configured above.
