PickupBird by Digiloop offers four subscription tiers: Starter, Basic, Grow, and Plus. Every monthly subscription includes a 7-day free trial. During the trial, you get access to all the features of your chosen plan, so you can complete any necessary setup as well. You can find our current pricing and a plan comparison table at the link.
How do the plans differ?
Starter — the entry-level tier. Includes the map-based pickup point selector on the Cart page and the Thank you page, unlimited shipping providers, unlimited monthly orders, and email and live chat support.
Basic — includes everything in Starter, plus shipping label printing (individually and in bulk), order tracking, and cash on delivery (COD) with customizable payment methods. Each printed label carries a small per-unit fee, shown on the plan card.
Grow — includes everything in Basic, plus the Checkout pickup point list: the 5 nearest pickup points appear directly in Shopify Checkout. The per-label fee is slightly lower than on Basic.
Plus — the highest tier. Includes everything in Grow, plus full map integration in Checkout (not just a list). This plan has the lowest per-label fee of the four.
Prices and per-label fees may change from time to time; the current rates are shown in the app's Billing menu.

Billing basics
Subscriptions run on a 30-day cycle. The order/label usage counter resets at the start of each new cycle.
