Every plan of PickupBird by Digiloop starts with a 7-day free trial. During the trial period, you can access all the features of the plan you selected, so you can set everything up and try it out risk-free before paying anything.
What's the difference between the plans?
Starter — the entry-level plan. Includes the map-based pickup point selector on the Cart page and the Thank you page, unlimited shipping carriers, unlimited monthly orders, and email and live chat support.
Basic — includes everything in Starter, plus shipping label printing (individually and in bulk), order tracking, and Cash on Delivery along with payment method customization. Each printed label carries a small per-unit fee, shown on the plan's card.
Grow — includes everything in Basic, plus the Checkout pickup point list: the 5 nearest pickup points appear directly in Shopify Checkout. The per-unit label fee is slightly lower than on Basic.
Plus — the top-tier plan. Includes everything in Grow, plus full map integration in Checkout (not just a list). This plan has the lowest per-unit label fee of the four.
How to choose a subscription plan
In the Shopify admin, open the PickupBird by Digiloop app.
Select the Billing menu item, where we display all of our available plan offers (STARTER, BASIC, GROW, PLUS).
Each plan's card lists its included features — compare them and choose the one that suits you best based on the following:
label generation and printing capability,
cash on delivery handling, and
how and where pickup points are displayed (map on the Cart or Thank you page, Checkout list, map on the Checkout page),
your number of monthly orders.
Use the Pay monthly / Pay yearly toggle at the top of the page to switch between monthly and yearly billing.
Click the Select button on the card of the plan you've chosen.
On the confirmation screen, review and finalize your subscription by clicking Approve. This step takes place within Shopify's own billing process.
How the 7-day free trial works
The trial period starts immediately once you accept the plan.
You can use all features of the selected plan in full, and nothing is billed during the 7 days.
Before the trial ends, you have two options:
Cancel the subscription — in this case, you won't be charged, or
Do nothing and keep the plan — the subscription continues automatically.
If you don't cancel, the fee is automatically charged on the 7th day after the trial period begins. This fee is added to your regular Shopify invoice as a separate line item.
Monthly vs. yearly billing
Monthly: billed every 30 days, relative to the previous charge date.
Yearly: billed once a year, at a discounted rate compared to the monthly price, though not all plans currently offer a yearly subscription option.
You can switch between monthly and yearly billing at any time in the Billing menu.
