Pickupbird Pickup Points offers three monthly plans: Free, Pro, and Plus. You can start on the Free plan at no cost, and the Pro and Plus plans come with a 14-day free trial, so you can set everything up and try all features before paying anything.

How to choose a plan
In the Shopify admin, open the PickupBird Pickup Points app.
Select the Billing menu item, where all available plans are shown (Free, Pro, Plus).
Compare the plan cards and choose the one that suits your store best, based on:
how many carriers you want to use,
how many orders your store receives per month,
whether you need the map selector directly in Checkout (Shopify Plus stores only).
Click the Select button on the card of the plan you've chosen.
On the confirmation screen, review and finalize your subscription by clicking Approve. This step takes place within Shopify's own billing process.
How the 14-day free trial works
The trial is available on the Pro and Plus plans and starts as soon as you approve the plan, including when you upgrade from the Free plan.
You can use all features of the selected plan, and nothing is charged during the 14 days.
Before the trial ends, you can:
Cancel the subscription, in which case you won't be charged, or
Do nothing and keep the plan, in which case the subscription continues automatically.
After the trial, the plan fee is added to your regular Shopify invoice as a separate line item.

Upgrading from the Free plan
You can switch from Free to Pro or Plus at any time in the Billing menu, and you still get the 14-day free trial. If you went over the 50-order limit on the Free plan, all locked orders are unlocked right away when you upgrade. For details, see the "What's included in the Free plan?" article.
